- Preparation of Deeds, Power of Attorneys, Declaration of Homestead and any necessary documents required for real estate closing
- Ordering of municipal lien certificates, plot plans, title searches
- Coordination of receipt of necessary closing documents including: Title V, Water readings, Smoke Cert, Fuel Adjustments, Neighborhood Assoc. letters, 6D Certificate.
